This is an introductory training course in the examine of felony law, basic legal rules, and how the criminal regulation functions in and affects modern society. This program highlights various key issues, including the idea of crime plus the development of felony law, defense to legal charges, and a number of particular types of crimes, which includes personal crimes, property offences, public order crimes, and offenses against public morality. Legal issues impacting on punishment will also be discussed, since will techniques the legal law impacts victims of crime.
