A simple course on the whole management concepts and methods to familiarize the student with theories and principles of organization, the tools of managerial decision-making, and the management procedure, with particular reference to the hospitality sector. Students evaluate and combine the various disciplines of management – environment strategy, handling operations, marshalling resources, setting up a positive work place, building a company and expanding people. Case studies are used.  TRAINING COURSE OBJECTIVES | 1 . Students are able to detect problems and opportunities, although thinking on their feet. 2 . Students can dissect problems—using their own words while idea possible alternatives. 3. Pupils learn to position play specific parts in a case and promote their knowledge with associates in the crew, all with the idea of arriving best answer possible. LEARNING OUTCOMES | 1 . College students become acuto in interim decision making. 2 . Students are usually more comfortable with extemporaneous speech. 3.
